Yoga is more than just another form of fitness
Yoga is also a mental and spiritual practice. In yoga we are trying to calm the mental fluctuations.
In the practice of yoga, the body is linked to the movement, mind and breath to bring about a feeling of balance, relaxation and harmony. Yoga cultivates health and well-being (physical, emotional, mental and social).
By practising yoga you can improve your posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. You may also find you have greater self-awareness and self-control and feel a stronger mind-body connection.

I bring a wealth of life experience to my yoga and meditation classes. I initially trained as a secondary school teacher . After 8 years of teaching I embarked on a career in accounting and worked in the public sector for over 15 years. I have been practising yoga and meditation for over 25 years.
