My Yoga Classes
My yoga classes are a gentle, slow and flowing based on the Hatha style of Yoga and typically include breathing exercises, warm ups, postures, stretching and meditation.
My classes are suitable for people of all ages from beginners to more experienced yoga students.
If you have any medical conditions or injuries, I ask that you advise me prior to class. Yoga is best practiced in comfortable loose clothing.
All you need to bring along to class is a smile, an open mind and your yoga mat.

These classes have limited numbers and are held at Moffat Beach.

Thursday 9.30 am - 10.45 am (with a 20 min meditation)

I enjoy attending Toni’s classes and have gained a greater awareness of my body and its abilities.
Toni’s classes are conducted in a relaxed and friendly environment. She always encourages us to perform the poses within our body’s capacities. I find the classes are a great way to end a stressful day at work.
I look forward to attending Toni’s classes. She provides plenty of guidance and clear instructions. Overtime I feel I have increased my energy levels, and my overall flexibility and strength.
